[Resolved] Vodafone — msg not delivering from vodafone to airtel | |||
Hi, i have been trying to send sms to my friends who are using Aitel in tamil nadu, from my delhi vodafone sim, for the past 4 days, msg is not getting delivered. if i send it to any other network, im not facing any issues. can you throw some light on why this happens? Grievance from a customer ! i am using Vodafone Delhi sim. i am trying to send sms to my friends who are in tamilnadu and using AirTel for the past four days but none of my message is getting delivered to them. even i am not receiving any of their messages. i am facing this problem only with AirTel. i contacted Vodafone customer care who asked me to contact airtel. i contacted airtel customer care who asked me to call Vodafone as everything is fine on their part. now i am confused on what to do. can you please resolve this issue.
