Vodafone — Repeated calls and sms on other working No too.. | |||
Vodafone mobile phone number [protected] and relationship number 1.1100039 The Vodafone bill collecting agents and company customer service personnels instead of giving us details of the bills keep asking us to settle the bills saying some times for download of games / some times for changing the caller tunes etc. The concerned callers to my residence Phone No. & my other cell No. have been repeatedly narrated the whole history of these sudden overcharges and requested them to give us the biling details. They all the time assured us of the same; but did not give us any details so far. On top of it; the vodafone started sending sms to the other working No. also asking us to make immediate payment of Rs. 4177.77 on our aold account ( they themselves have declared it as an old No. account) to avoid restirction of services. Why are they doing so? Is their any justice for this? Inspite of harrasing the customers by calling on all odd times and at their will instead of attending to a customer quiry / complaint again and again asking us to pay or face to the tune of restricted services etc... I would humbly request some senior personnel from Vodafone who care for Customers ( if at all any one there) to kindly address my request / complaint. Thanks & regards, V. Vodafone — repeated calls
Dear Sir,This is to inform you that i am a vodafone subscriber having no. [protected],where I used to get 4-5 calls every day from different numbers.
Now this number id not meant for recieving calls of scheme but for my personak use.
It is really disturbing.Suggest me what can I do.
