[Resolved] Vodafone — ACTIVATING SCHEMA WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND CUTTING CHARGES-- STILL NO REDRESSAL | |||
MOST OUTRAGEOUS FROM THE BLOODY COMPANY VODAFONE. COMPLAINTS AFTER COMPLAINTS I AM GIVING STILL NO RESPONSE- I FEEL ALL ARE SITTING IN ONE PLACE CALLED VODAFONE COMPANY- PITY YOU FOOLS ACITIVATING SCHEMES WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND CUTTING CHARGES. STILL NO REDRESSAL FOR MY COMPLAINT. ---- 27TH JANUARY 2011 COMPLAINT SUBMITTED ON 21ST JANUARY 2011- NO ACTIONS FROM VODAFONE STILL. THEREFORE RESUBMITTING ON 24TH JANUARY 2011 Billing me on Happy2help Bhagwat Geeta activation without my consent my vodafone number is [protected] taken in Mumbai. Vodafone without my permission or consent on their own had acitivated under Happy2Help Bhagwat Geeta on[protected]. I had immediately called 111 and asked them to cancel the subscription and told them I have not made any request for the said activation. Vodafone has charged me and continuing to charge me for the service. The guy on 111 has promised that activation will be cancelled. But it has not happened. My money is going still. Last week I have registered a complaint in this forum also. However till date activation is not cancelled. I REQUEST THE FORUM'S INTERVENTION ON THIS ISSUE. PLEASE HELP ME. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME VODAFONE HAS ACTIVATED A HAPPY2HELP SCHEME WITHOUT MY CONSENT IN THESE LAST TWO MONTHS AND PUTTING CHARGES ON ME. I HAVE LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS DIRTY WORK OF VODAFONE. TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY MUST BE INFORMED OF THIS ILLEGAL ACITIVITIES OF VODAFONE AND I REQUEST THIS FORUM'S HELP. PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A STRONG COMPLAINT OF MINE AND DO THE NEEDFUL. Vodafone — Charging Against cancellation
Dear Sir/Madam,I have cancelled my vodafone number [protected] long back. But still for last two months, I am being charged approximately Rs. 200.00 per month.
I request kindly look into this matter and deposit my money into my bank account.
When the number i snot active and the card has been cancelled, I am unable to guess why the money has been debited from my account.
Awaiting for explaination on this.
