To: vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com Dear Vodafone Care, Cheers, for your worst services. Please be informed as I purchased a new prepaid connection ([protected]) on the first week of Feb,2011. Second week, I got an sms from Vodafone Care regarding documents resubmission and another day my phone ([protected]) was disconnected. I went to Goregaon Station Vodafone Care Center and resubmit the documents to Snehal(CCE) and got a confirmation from her. Third week, again my phone ([protected]) was disconnected without any information, I again went to Snehal(CCE) in Goregaon Station Vodafone Care Center, she asked me to again resubmit the documents but at the same time I called customer care they simply replied that it was happened by Vodafone Operation's fault and my phone ([protected]) would be continue within 4 hours. My phone ([protected]) started working after 4 hours. Forth week, again my phone ([protected]) was disconnected without any information, I tried to call Vodafone Care Executive but there is no any option to call any CCE through 111, I again went to Snehal(CCE) in Goregaon Station Vodafone Care Center. She also admitted the same technical fault but simultaneously her supervisor (Anshika) says it's not any problem only all CCE are busy that's why I am not getting even a option to call them and Anshika again asked me to resubmit the documents 3rd time. And also added as the earlier documents were declined then I said if the same documents I will resubmit again, might be declined again then what ?
