[Resolved] Vodafone — Sim Card Delivery Issue | |||
Hi, my name is Priyanka i have a sim card no [protected] in my mothers name & that sim card is lost i have given a request on 28th May 11 to deactivate my card & send me a new sim card & i was been told that i wil get the new sim card in 48 wrkng hours but i have not got so again i have called them on 2nd june & i was been told the same bt yet i have ot recvd so again when i called them on 4th june 11 & i was been committed that i will get the sim card by the End of the Day which i have not got & when i enquired about the same i found that my Room No was mentioned wrong & because of which the sim card was going on the wrong address and because of no available on that address it was returned back stating the door was locked, so whe i requested them to change the room no which is just one digit that has to be changed they are telling me to visit Vodafone Gallery for the same, just because of their executive mistake why shud i suffer and be in a problem also i dont have that much time to go to their Gallery, i spoke to the executive Jagtap who was not able to assist me and than asked him to transfer the call to his senior who after requesting 2 times came on call & when i spoke to their Floor Supervisor Tushar he was not able to assist me for the same . I am very frustrated please request you to help me in getting my Address changed online and delivery my Sim Card on the correct room no. Was this information helpful? | |||
