[Resolved] Vodafone — Incomplete information/ incomplete follow up/ Rude Manager | |||
Hi, This is in Regards with my Vodafone Prepaid number [protected]. This number of mine has a special facility of Campus Card and the card validity expired on the 24/07/2010. I called in on the 11/07/2010 to check how to extend my Campus Card validity and I was informed by Sunil Kori that I need to recharge by 47Rs/- however I wasn’t informed that I need to do it before my card validity expires else I won’t be able to extend my campus card validity. This was incomplete information that was provided. On Sunday 25/07/2010 I called back to check how can I activate my campus card facility and that’s when I was informed that I cannot do so because my card validity has expired. This happened because of incomplete critical information. On the same day I spoke with a supervisor by calling 198 by the name Kapil Tekchandani who apologized for the inconvenience and said that he needs to speak with the admin team and they don’t work on Sunday’s hence he will be personally calling me on Monday and asked me to refill with 29 Rs/- for the time being so that my incoming and outgoing is active. I did according to what I was told. I was waiting for a call on Monday which never came and had to call back and realised that Kapil Tekchandani is on a Work off and he hasn’t made any notes on the account and hence I had to repeat myself again. The customer relation advisor asked me to wait since kapil would come back on Tuesday and he is doing a 9am to 6pm shift. I called back on Tuesday and Kapil was still on a Work Off. This is the most pathetic Follow up I have ever seen in my experience by a supervisor. I Spoke with another supervisor by the name Amit on Tuesday and he asked me to wait for another 48 hrs, when I had already waited for 48 hrs since Sunday. I asked to speak with his manager, and that when Jose Mascarenhas came on line. Jose Mascarenhas has been the most pathetic, appalling and inconsiderate customer service manager I have ever come across In my entire customer service career. • He doesn’t allow customers to complete • Over talks • And is very rude and sarcastic So I would like to bring this to your notice; • One incomplete information given by Sunil Kori has led me to make more than 10 calls • I have wasted more than 3 hrs talking to you guys • Of which I have been on hold for an hour and a half • I have been pushed back and forth between people • I have repeated the same information 6-7 times to different people • Pathetic service This is what I want; • I want my campus card facility to be activated asap • I want a good enough compensation for all the inconvenience P.S: I personally work for a customer service organisation and this is the most pathetic customer service experience I have ever come across. Vodafone — Incomplete Recharge
To Whomsoever it may concern,I just pais Rs 500 for a recharge on my phone but have only received Rs 320 as recharge. Customer care was unresponsive, and then made me hold the line for 15 mins after which they cut the phone.
Then I was informed that the recharge amount for a Rs 500 top up is Rs 320, which is nearly half the total amount.
This is also an incorrect figure, as I verified with another Vodafone dealer, who told me the recharge should have given me a total of Rs. 500
Please let me know what the procedure is, or refund my money.
