Hi,
I just changed my caller tune on 15th of September. No. [protected]. That's when i realised that before every call, there's an IVR 'iss caller tune ko cop karne ke liyea star dabayea. rs. 30 per month'. This takes up 5-6 seconds of time. By whihc time i usually pick up the call. so in the end, nobody actualy hears my caller tune (whihc i pay rs. 30 per month, and rs. 15 for that song). then why am i paying for this service, if my friends and family will only hear this salespitch from vodafone. i have complained n 16th. assured it will be removed in 24 hours. waited till saturday. still there. called again. ASSURED by SENIOR person, that ivr will be deactivated by monday since technical team not in. Monday night. IVR still there. I call again. Once again i get an assurance that in 24 hours ivr will be deactivated. This time by a supposedly even more SENIOR person. Duty Manager, he called himself. I can only wait helplessly, as this fraud is carried out under the name of TRAI.

This is to inform my mobile no [protected] ivr is block when I try to reach customer care.,
when I called on [protected] from another mobile call got connected but when I had word with executive he said “yes u r ivr has been blocked and I will ask my team leader regarding this and it will get activated you have called more than 10 times so its blocked”
If its like this then whts the use of providing customer care support and now days you ppl are charging 50 paisa for 3 minus I think Vodafone must change slogan to unhappy to help and really I m not at all happy with Vodafone customer care support now why I have called more than 10 times have you ever ask ???????? no,
CLARIFCATION FROM MY END WHICH YOU MUST UNDERSTAND
I had called you more than 10 times as your executives said me its coz of wrong information’s and different different solutions were provided regarding 49 rs unlimited plan to local Vodafone no my plan was suppose to get activated by 25 as per my bill cycle as said by executive on 16/09/2010 docket no was [protected] [protected] and which is got activated on 26 in real, another fault was when I visit goregaon galley 1 gentleman said sir u must buy a new connection and then and then only we can provide you this service I said him above mentioned docket no then he said no sir its not possible your pack will go in error, so again I called on 111
Now I want clarification regarding this if you cant provide proper solution in one shot then you ppl are not suppose to block my ivr
now my 49 rs unlimited services is activated and ivr got block finally so please avoid such kind of thing in future

here as per terms and conditions are given for selected plan as I m using my op 99 I was eligible for that pack so to confirm again I called on 111 so this was the scenario
and now really I don’t know why each and every time you are giving trouble to the customers really horrible service coz of this really frustration level gets increase look into this matters and give me clarification on this
