[Resolved] Vodafone — MNP Complaint | |||
We (wife and myself) have been using Vodafone Postpaid Mobile (Family Plan) since last three years. All our bills are clear - we dont have any outstanding bills to be paid. We decided to shift to Loop Mobile because Vodafone's postpaid GPRS and Push Mail tariff is very high. Vodafone is just not clearing our port out request inspite of the UPC being right, no outstanding bills and more than 90 days on current network. Vodafone hotline says, I will need to visit the Vodafone store to get port out clearance - Why should I visit the Vodafone store? This is just disgusting service from Vodafone.
