Vodafone — Online Recharge Unsuccessful still amount was not reverted | |||
I did the online recharge on 10th March 2011 of 250 Ruppes, which was unsuccessful. Vodafone also says it was unsuccessful , still it doesn't revert the amount. I have mailed vodafone about the issue many times still issue was not sorted out. They didnt register my complaint untill i had to go to Vodafone store to register it. Complaint Number is : [protected]. They asked me to provide my bank statement for verification, which provided them twice, as they lost the first one. It has been almost 2 months when i approched Vodafone with the isuue. No one listening at Vodafone store, they just say issue is not being resloved by the back office. After sharing my Mobile number on the url provided by you, I got call from Vodafone Customer Care on friday 27th May 2011 at around 6:45 pm. He asked me about the Complaint, again i had top explain him the whole scenerio about the unsuccessful recharge. He then hangs-up saying he will call after 15 minutes with all the details, but as expected he didnt call till now ( 1:20 pm Monday 30th May 2011).
His 15 minutes got converted into more than 3 Days...
I am still waiting for the complaint to get resolved.
