My mobile number is [protected] is lost in mumbai on 24th jan 2012 and have visited your shivaji park office in mumbai to block the sim card.Could you pls confirm that this card is blocked as your office say it is isblocked but not giving anything in writing. Dont you think when the customers complains loss of mobile phone along with sim card should be acknowledged by your good offices which i regret they are not doing and request you to check if it is blocked or not and kindly acknowledge the same to my email address [protected]@yahoo.com so that i have a record that i have reported this loss to you. Also will be obliged if you let me know that i am supposed to report this matter to area police station.Thank you
