Vodafone — late payment charges

My bill of Rs 1008/- was due on 6th July. I made the payment of Rs 1000/- on 13th July. For this delay of 7 days for an amount of Rs 1000/- vodafone has charged me Rs 100/- in my next bill.

I charge Vodafone for exploting consumers by levying such an exorbitant rate of interest. Note 10% (Fine of Rs 100 on Bill of Rs 1008) interest for 7 days. Would mean an interest of 500% per annum.

Vodafone should revise its late payment system and stop exploiting consumers.

My phone no is [protected], once late payment charges was imposed in this no i talk with customer care representative and he said it is waived off, on the basis of that i made the less payment and then again on the balance charges two three times late payment charges imposed.

i want these should be waived off.
