[Resolved] Vodafone — Unnecessary Deduction | |||
Hello, Myself Mahesh Mandlik, Advocate by profession, i am using Vodaphone Prepaid no. [protected]. I am very unhappy with vodaphone services as it had activated any pack without my permission. On 25th May 2011 on 1.12 am VF10 had been activated without my permission and Rs.10/- has been deducted from my balance as a monthly rent. I don't know why Vodafone are doing these to the customers and harassing this way? I don't know if this is a "trick" to making fool to the customers. Being a renouned company you yourself degrading you goodwill by creating such kind of nuisance. This is very disgusting. i request you to deposit again Rs.10/-, which you have deducted without my permission for VF10 service/package. This is indirect looting for which i will lodge criminal as well as consumer complaint against you and i am not joking you may think about Rs. 10/-, but i will mind it. So again i am requesting to reimburse Rs.10/-, which you have deducted without my permission for VF10 service/package in my vodaphone prepaid mobile no. [protected]’s account at the earliest and don't do it again without my permission. Require an action As soon as possible. I am sending one copy of this to Vodafone (Maharashtra) as well as "Indian Consumer Complaints Forum (https://www.consumercomplaints.in)" to file a complaint against Vodafone. My name is deepak my contact no is [protected]... today on 26th jan 2015 i have charged unnecessary 75rs for d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu_75-mobclixs. I don't know what kind of service is this. This is third time when they deduct from my ac without any intimation in last few months they also make a charge of 99 two times. But now its enough. We are not fool. I called customer care for this matter... but the executive told me that ""sir apne click kiya hai hum kuch nhe kr skte" it means we don't know what we are doing. We are not educated. We don't know reading.. how vodafone give authorization to deduct amount from our ac..
i have raised my concern. I wants my balance. And stop these types of silly things.
