I M SAURABH AGRAWAL FROM NAGPUR HAVING POSTPAID VODAFONE NUMBER [protected], USING SINCE LAST 13 YEARS WITH RELATIONSHIP NUMBER 1.1073.
DAY B4 , MY CELL WAS SHOWING “SIM CARD NOT INSERTED”,THOUGH IT WAS IN CELL PHONE ONLY.FOR SORTING THIS TECHNICAL PROBLEM I SEND MY PHONE TODAY WITH MY STAFF TO UR VODAFONE STORE,SITUATED AT TELEPHONE EXCHANGE,CENTRAL AVENUE ROAD,NAGPUR.
THERE MY STAFF MET UR VODAFONE EXECUTIVE MR.NILESH WHO TOLD MY STAFF THAT SIM CARD NEEDS TO B CHANGED N U WILL B CHARGED RS 25/- AND ALSO U HAVE TO BRING PHOTO ID OF SAURABH AGRAWAL.
WITHIN AN HOUR MY STAFF PERSON REACHED VODAFONE STORE AND GAVE COPY MY DRIVING LICENCE TO MR.NILESH.
MR.NILESH THEN TOLD MY STAFF THAT U HAVE NOT BROUGHT THE PHOTOGRAPH OF SAURABH AGRAWAL.(THIS SHOULD B TOLD BY HIM INITIALLY ,WHEN HE DEMANDED PHOTO ID)
THEN MY STAFF PERSON AGAIN IN SCORCHING HEAT OF NAGPUR(TEMP 44 DEGREE CEL)REACHED TO MR.NILESH AND GAVE HIM THE PHOTOGRAPH.
MR.NILESH THEN AGAIN TOLD MY STAFF THAT SIGNATURE OF SAURABH AGRAWAL WILL B REQUIRED ON PHOTO ID AND ALSO PHYSICAL PRESENCE OF SAURABH AGRAWAL IS NECESSARY,WITHOUT WHICH THE SIM CARD WILL NOT B ISSUED.
MY STAFF CAME BACK N TOLD ME THE WHOLE SCENE AND ALSO CARELESS NATURE O[censored]R EXECUTIVE.
I THEN HAD A WORD WITH MR.NILESH ON PHONE AND TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS NOT PROPER(U SHOULD HAVE TOLD ALL THE THINGS AT ONCE,MY STAFF IS COMING 2 U AGAIN N AGAIN N EVERY TIME U R TELLING A NEW THING)I WILL LAUNCH A COMPLAINT FOR THIS.
THEN I M ASHAMED TO TELL THE WORDS USED BY UR VODAFONE EXECUTIVE “JAHA COMPLAINT KARNA HAI KAR DO”
IS THIS THE LANGUAGE VODAFONE HAS TAUGHT THERE EXECUTIVES TO USE WITH THERE CUSTOMERS.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER DEEPLY N RPLY BAK.
THIS NATURE O[censored]R OFFICIAL HAS FORCED TO THINK 2 SWITCH OVER TO ANOTHER MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER.
