This is Rakesh Kumar and my mobile no. [protected]. Vodafone had stopped my outgoing since 9th Oct 2010 without any prior message or intimation. I am using this number since last 10 years and I had deposited all required document to activate the number as Govt. of India came with notice that even of pre-paid mobile user have to submit the documents. After 10 years I came to know that my document is not with Vodafone and I got shocked that without having document Vodafone s giving me services. Today I had spoken to Sandeep, he did transferred line to senior but disconnected. First of all I need to wait for 10 minutes to talk to anyone and he disconnected the line without understanding the problem of customer.
