[Resolved] Vodafone Nashik — Improper Treatment While converting migrating postpaid plan to prepaid | |
I am Mr. Prasanna Kulkarni (Nashik), having vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) from last 3yrs registered on my mother's name . My bill payment history is very well fine. I wanted to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. When i went to Vodafone store (Ravivar Karanja, Nashik), i was treated badly by vodafone executives. Though i paid total bill amount and migration charges(?) , they told that phone will be disconnected for 2 days. Their language was rude, and abusive. I think they should remove the tag "Happy to Help" from their uniforms. Plz take action against them. Was this information helpful? | |

Respected Sir,
Iam regular user of vodafone which the number bearing [protected]. For the month of 15 Aug 2009- 15th Oct 2009, they have been charged more than the bill amount. I ask the agency to send the itemized bill for that month. But they dint sent the bill. In month of Jan 2010, a girl named Kavitha from Ekathudangal center called me and used bad words and bad comments on me. Then she called all my friends from the my recordings and scolded in very bad manner which not only me no one can tolerate. One fine day she called my landline nos and talked in very local manner to my mom too. She so upset and started crying. Behind every thing all the team leaders were support too. I made a complaint in local police station. But tat police man told being a girl dont make compliant and all. Then u have to go to court and face many problems for this simple thing. I will call them and warned. He too warned but now also iam getting mental tortures from their centers. I dont know wat to do? Give a solution for this. After my prestige gone should i pay my money? Seriously this issue has to go in serious way so that all other customers will get benefit out of this. No one will be disrespected for this alone,

Vodafone Postpaid Connection — Improper Bill
Dear Sir,I am a regular user for vodafone service from past 2 years. But from past few months, I have not received proper bills from vodafone with following errors :
1. There was no proper statement of call versus total amount charged.
2. Also I am getting calls from vodafone call centre and some time people issued me new 'sim' no by telling some 'WRONG' Benefit's and which was not there actually when you starts using it.
3. Sales people from vodafone team, in order to meet there targets, are making fool of common people and selling unwanted and unauthorisez schemes ' Which was actually not there'.
4. I am asking my vadafone bill from Bill date 6th Nov to 5th Dec'09 but, every time I ask this they will fowed me my bill in between 6th Oct to 5th Nov'09. I think there is some serious problem in there billing system.
I request you to help me and take immediate action on this. So that other people will get excused, by this mental torchure.
