Writing this complain after totally being frustated with the services of the Vodafone.
I got a SMS from Vodafone that your Caller ID would be deactivated as Govt Of India requires all the Vodafone Customer to Submit their Documents once again. For this I took a leave from Office and went to deposit all the required Documents. Their person verfied it and assured me that your service will be activated within 4 hrs. But 48 hours passed and as such there is no response from their side. I have logged a complaint also with the Vodafone Customer Care representative but then also no response. Complaint Number is[protected].
My first concern is why did government forced Vodafone only for the resubmission of the document. As far as I know we need to submit all these documents prior to taking the connection and it should be there with them.
My second concern is after documents being submitted then why there is no immidiate action taken.
