Vodafone — Very bad service

I am having the same problem. I have a corporate postpaid plan last 2 yrs. Last 2 days I am not able to connect to any other network apart from vodafone. Also the customer care number 111 is not working. I have also replaced the SIM card in Vashi Vodafone store as suggested by great customer care executives of Vodafone. But still it is not working. Also I used the sim card in different handset but still same problem. The stupid Executive just keeping on saying that everything is fine from our side. I will suggest everyone to switch to other network and stop using vodafone. Even now mobile number portability is there so no need to change the number.

I think that Vodafone would be the one company giving the worst of services.
My first complaint is against Customer Care:
I was trying to connect to Vodafone Customer Care a day before and it has been around 30 minutes I was still on HOLD.
My Second complaint is against a Vodafone employee:
I dont want to put someone's name but I was told that my Vodafone card would get activated anyhow by Thursday night but it is Friday and now the employee is not even pucking up the phone.
A day before Independence Day, this would be my sincere request to all those Vodafone Customers to buy any other card and deactivate their Vodafone Accounts.
