[Resolved] Vodafone — Network issue for last 1 year | |||
I am using Vodafone mobile no along with 10 more connections in my household I am facing serious network issues such as no signal and call dropping. Inspire of complaining with Vodafone customer care they are not being able to solve my problem. Every time I register a complaint with them they say that they have sent a team in my area and got the signal checked some 100mts away from my house. I do not understand why they do not get the signal checked at my premises instead of checking near my premises. Last complaint I had lodged with them in starting of oct 2013 with docket no.[protected]. They now say that my complaint is being worked upon and they will get back to me by December 19th 2013.
