This is with reference to above said matter. I Prashant.G.Dahikar having vodafone mo.no.[protected] with postpaid connection from past 8 - 10 years. I have activated FnF facility from ur company since last 3 -3.5 years. Unfortunetly between the period of last 8 -10 months the same service has been disconnect by ur company without any prior intimation, but the charges of this facility has been charged regularly every month and i paid regularly.
I make complaints so many times to 198 and ur vodafone care center at Ashaok sq. nagpur. But their is no response from ur company side. Now the current position is that the same service (FnF) activated from last 1-1.5 months .
I bare the economical loss of Rs 250 - 300 every month against ur unprovided service from ur side. In short i want to like to ask u that how i bare the same cost averagly for 10 months i.e.Rs[protected],and repeated mentaly harrsment to me by ur company executive of 198 and ur vodafone care center as above said.
I will wait 10 - 15 days for ur reply from ur side.By that time I will go to consumer cout regarding this matter.
I am ur so old custmer but I have no choice to do this..
