[Resolved]  Vodafone — Non Discontinuation of service

Hi,

Myself Sudhir Agrahari subscriber of vodafone postpaid connection([protected]) since last 4yrs. On 22nd June 2013, have placed a request to discountinue my services for 2 months, since I m going out of country for official work and would not be using this line. I was asked by the care exec. Mr. Mayuresh Dayma to deposit Rs.100/- as safe custody deposit which I have done that And confirmed the payment Id. as well via mail (MHCC[protected]), then again after few days later on 29th June I received my statement on e-mail with GPRS rentals built which were illegitimate after bringing to there notice Exec. Balaram assured the charges will get reversed and after 30min I got a call from a lady exec which she refused to disclose her name asked me to pay first the Totl amt due inclusive of disputed charges inorder to discontinue the service & claimed that the reversal would reflect in next billing month and assured that in next 24-48hrs services would get suspended. But since then the number is still active and I am getting every alternate day to pay Rs.100/- extra as deposit because amount which I paid on 24th-June has got mis posted towards billed amount and not towards deposit.

So my question is that due to the failure of there system why the customer should be penalised and I have clearly mentioned on my mail that extra rental for the july month will not be paid. Since I m in roaming I dont have much access to net or cellphone. So plaese address my greivance.

Vodafone — service discontinuation

my Vodafone number: [protected]
on 3 Oct 2011 i successfully ported from air tel to Vodafone by providing all the required documentation. but from 10 Oct to 22 Oct all my services were closed (both outgoing and incoming) stating that i needed to submit the documentation.On submitting of the documents to the Vodafone office the services were activated hence. but from 11 Nov again the outgoing services have been discontinued. on visiting the Vodafone office i was told that the services will be activated in 24 hrs. but till now services have been blocked. kindly stop torturing .
hoping services get active as soon as possible.
