on 28th august i call up in the happy
hours provided by the company , so i asked customer care executive
that this data usage is valid upto what time , then they replied
that"Its available for 28th aug , 12 AM . Again i asked another
executive to confirm the same and i got the same answer so i used
internet for just 10 min. and at that time Rs.50 were deducted from my
account , then i called up again and Mr Sunil , cust. care executive
replied me that it was by mistake , company has deducted my balance by
mistake and the amount will be re-funded to me within 24 hrs.
So i waited till 6 pm today, then i called again and asked for balance
refund , i was told to call after 4 hrs , as they were busy , after
that i called again then i got reply that call after 1 hr, they will
collect all details and then tell me.
Now when i called again they said to call in the morning.
I am too disturbed with vodafone service and assistance.now they are not refunding the balance.
