[Resolved]  Vodafone — Non refunding of cash back to bank

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Vodafone bill was made thrice during Nov 2012 and once on date for rupees of 550/- each transanction. Unformtunately as per the policy of PAYTM organisation, the refund was not done as committed. I am really taken aback when found that the refund activity was not done for a total of 2200/-. Please reply.
