Dear sir/madam

Due to not network (vodafone) at my work place (dreams mall bhandup west mumbai 400078) i have port out to airtel on 4th june with unique porting code vm318316 but still not disconected vodafone sim from your hand so i hv requested to you (vodafone) kindly do need full on urgent basis and pls disconect my vodafone service which i can go with airtel network,
