[Resolved] Vodafone — Not refunded my security deposit | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a one of the vodafone customer last 3 years. Recently i convert to tata docomo service so vodafone last bill generated bill amount rs.667.67/- i already paid security deposit 300/- (When i joined vodafone) so now deduct Rs.300 and i paid rs.368/- but recently my outgoing calls also stopped to docomo. He told first you pay vodaphone bill after that we will provide out going calls. I met that vodafone store he told you pay rs.300/- (Balance amount) after that we will send to chq that security deposit amount. Sir I met that Vodafone people in RT Nagar He sent to Mail for Security Deposit Adjustment. Today also Disconect my Outgoing calls from TATA Docomo. Please Adjust my Security Deposit.
