[Resolved] Vodafone — Online charged money not credited in mobile. | |||
Sir, I am chandan netra from jodhpur. I have recharged my vodafone prepaid mobile no. [protected] online successfully on 21st july and amount 399/= was debited to my bank account but the amount not credited to my mobile till today. After noting this i have approached to customer care but of no use. I have given my complaint online to nodal officer and copy to appellate authority still 6days passed no response. Vodafone — Amount is not credited to the account even though the recharge is successful...
I have recharged my Vodafone prepaid account through online. I got the confirmation success message and mail BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO THE ACCOUNT. The Customer care center is NOT even replying to the mail.....Very bad experience and please anybody let me know what I NEED TO DO???
