[Resolved]  Vodafone — outgoing calls are barred from last 7 days

i am deepak arora from meet nagar delhi 110094 my contact no. is [protected]
i port my number airtel prepaid to vodafone postpaid from 16 jan 2013 but after 1 week my outgoings calls are bareed without any information . i suffered last 7 days i called up customer care many times but they are not giving any response
please kindly heared my problem
