[Resolved] Vodafone — Over Billed for twice and late payment charges | |||
Hi, This is Yogesh, My number is [protected]. I am using Vodafone postpaid telecommunication services for last one year. But in January 2012, I faced 198 extra charges for the services which was not taken by me. I raised this complaint at vodafone customer care center (Sec-18 Noida). At that time Miss Shivani(mat on 26/02/2012) who was looking at my complaint (Reff No.=[protected] promised that the extra amount i.e 198 will be deducted with in 72 hours and i will be informed by call from her and from vodfone center. But I didn't get any communication from vodafone services. In-fact I was again charged for 198 in February for the service which was not taken by me. I again visited to the Vodafone store(Sec-18 Noida) this time I mat to Shah Faisal(mat on 24/03/2012), who also promised me that the amount will be deducted with in 72 hours and he or vodafone will inform me about bill details within 72 but didn't get any communication from there side. I also told them due to these extra charges I am not paying the bill due to which I am facing late bill payment charges also. This is happening due to no communication from there side. Even I raised all these things to Miss Neelam via phone call she also promised me to solve this issue but again the same issue . I didn't get any communication after a promise and no amount is deducted from bill.Now extra bill amount is over 500 which is un-affordable for customer because they robbing me directly. Note: Due to these extra charges I lost my mental peace and lott's of money. Hope You will look into this matter so that I can get justice and correct billed amount.
