[Resolved] Vodafone — overcharged in data usage | |
i know about my data usage. i'm confident that i havnt used more than 100kb on vodafone 3 g pay as you go plan.still i am charged 24rupees. i dont understand whats wrong. i have a very basic java phone.i have full log of data usage. generally i use 80 to90 kb maximun. and today i am charged heavily for surfing that much. this problem ia with my two vodafone numbers. i have been experiencing these problem from january 2013. my 1st no dont even connect to custmre care. i have visited voda store and stillvthe problem isnt solvng.. now its 4mnth.. nd i cant even call customer care. my other no. was heavly charged today.its a rare case in my 1st voda no. sometime i am charged 5rs for 20kb. customer care have low iq. they say u've using for hour. thats why. but they dont undrstnd i am on pay as u go plan (2p per 10 kb) .. 1st no.
