on 30/10/2012 i changed my vodafone prepaid sim with number [protected] to postpaid and from the day of activation itself iam getting lot of issues regarding network coverage and call drop issues but for now everything got solved,now my issue is that since i am an SBT staff i know i can use sbt corporate plan, and this was the only reason for changing my sim from prepaid to postpaid ,when i ask about this plan the store representative he told me that they can only change my plan to corporate after one month and i need to wait till the next billing date..so i waited till the next bill date and after paying the bill amount they asked me to submit all the proof required for changing my plan including my sbt id card.and now its more than two weeks and every day i am visiting the store and whenever i ask them about this they give me a single usual response "sir system issues it will be activated next day ,tomorrow, day after tomorrow" like that..as a bank employee i know how customers should be treated . i actually thought vodafone customer services are the best but now i am totally disappointed with their pathetic services . so please do something to solve my issue ..Also ask those store executives what actually they mean by that huge logo stating "Happy to Help" Store Details Vodafone mini store Kallachi Calicut store code-KEL97 when i check through the vodafone website this store is not stated in the mini store lists..and the nearest store stated is at Nadapuram nearly 2.3km from this store. I am a vodafone subscriber and is facing difficulty from past 3 to 4 months. in october they have activated caller tune service on my number and deducted 45 rs and since then for continous two they have done the same thing even after when i deactivated it after long hussle with the comapny people they have returned my two months chares but now they have barred me from calling to customer care. Is the right way of treating customers what they want that what ever they do we should not complain and accept everything. now i am facing great trouble to get some information related to vodafone so i am thinking of changing my service provider
7days ago i paid my bill and deactivated the postpaid service because they charge me RS1000 of 2 months for G P R S Service which i have not say to activated this, After that I told him to activated my service in a Prepaid connection but the number would be remain the same they says yes but it would take 48hours and they also provide me a another SIM Card for Prepaid Connection. After 72 hours the services was started but not from the prepaid connection they start my service from the postpaid connection they reactivated my service again. Deactivated the postpaid services
I KHADER ACTIVETED ONE CALLER TONE ON 15/02/08 FROM GPRS EK SANAM CHAHIYE WAS NOT ACTIVETED ON TODAY ALSO I GIVEN COMPLAINT ON 20/02/08,[protected], 25/02/08,[protected]. MY PHONE NO:[protected]. WHY IT WAS NOT ACTIVETED AND I CALL CUSTAMER CARE BUT NO RESPONS
I MD.SHAREEF MY MOBILE NO [protected] I ACTIVETED ONE DIALOUG AS A CALLER TONE FROM GPRS ON 23/02/08. I SPOKEN TO UR COSTAMER CARE PERSON AND GIVEN THE THREE COMPLAIN ALSO BUT NO RESULT WAS THERE COMPLAINT NO:[protected] ON 25/02/08,[protected] ON27/02/08,[protected] ON 29/02/08. BUT MY CALLERTONE WAS NOT ACTIVETED WHY?

This mail will help you in understanding how helpful and professional Vodaphone customer service is.
I had an issue with my connection for which I had to call your call center (Help Line) number. Surprisingly I got connected to a guy who was unprofessional and helpless guy, he is really in need of retraining. This guy was not able to solve my query so he had to put me through his Manager, The manager had the same knowledge so he was also helpless. He said I will defiantly check this information for you, to check this may I put your call on hold, before i could answer YES or NO which I did, I asked him "for how long" I realized that I was on hold.
Please go through the attached file (Recording) that I could record as you will not be shocked!!!, you will also feel ashamed because of your customer service Manager.
After hold I heard a voice "Yah" I asked the guy on phone "Tell me" then from your end guy said "KYA TELL ME"I informed him that "YOU ONLY ASKED ME TO HOLD" Then he asked someone in the call center "KAHA TRANSFER KE HAI CALL YAAR".
We had a small talk in which I came to realize that call Center Agents are making fool out of me, They are trying to insult me which is not at all exceptable. The manager put me through someone else on his private mobile number at midnight. He said this is my private number and i am sleeping at this time. He confirmed me my phone number that he could see on his mobile number. It means you can be held responsible if some one gives any kind of threatnig calls to anyone by my number. Please go through the recording for more information.

This is Sumanta Roy S/O Sukhendu Kr. Roy of Village – Ranabagpur, P.O – Ghorgohal. Dist – Hooghly.PIN – 712414. Mobile No. [protected]. My connection was a prepaid connection and now it s a postpaid connection of Plan – 299/- Full talk time. When I use prepaid I have enjoy GPRS facility but now I can not use GPRS. Though I have send The massage ZERO to 111. Till now it is not activated. I am using A Sony Ericsion – Z 530i handset. So Sir I am requesting you please do the needfull as soon as possible.
