Vodafone — pathetic customer services
on 30/10/2012 i changed my vodafone prepaid sim with number [protected] to postpaid and from the day of activation itself iam getting
lot of issues regarding network coverage and call drop issues but for now everything got solved,now my issue is that since i am an SBT
staff i know i can use sbt corporate plan, and this was the only reason for changing my sim from prepaid to postpaid ,when i ask about
this plan the store representative he told me that they can only change my plan to corporate after one month and i need to wait till the next billing date..so i waited till the next bill date and after paying the bill amount they asked me to submit all the proof required for changing my plan including my sbt id card.and now its more than two weeks and every day i am visiting the store and whenever i ask them about this they give me a single usual response "sir system issues it will be activated next day ,tomorrow, day after tomorrow" like that..as a bank employee i know how customers should be treated . i actually thought vodafone customer services are the best but now i am totally disappointed with their pathetic services .
so please do something to solve my issue ..Also ask those store executives what actually they mean by that huge logo stating "Happy to Help"
Vodafone mini store
when i check through the vodafone website this store is not stated in the mini store lists..and the nearest store stated is at Nadapuram nearly 2.3km from this store.
