[Resolved] Vodafone — Payment delay of postpaid connection. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have already submitted document related to Payment of post paid mobile connection of vodafone service by ECS to vodafone customer care center at patan on last month. The service executive has been told to me the payment of next bill is directly debited from your provide detailed bank account on or before due date of your bill. But my bill due date has been gone on 18/09/12.But till date the payment of my mobile bills are not debited from my submitted bank account. When this information is given to Mr. atul by calling at customer care- center at Ahmadabad he talks with me in rough language. And tell me the payment of your bills are made in cash with late payment charges. But this is not my mistake. I usually get my bill of phone no [protected] late. this month also i dont get it so far. kindly send it or mail it, thanks
