Vodafone — changed plan without notice
on 25th August my balance was low so i have done topup of vodaphone for Rs 50. suddenly on 26th i have got message from vodaphone that plan has got changed without giving prior notice & informing me.i have called up customer care they have told we have sent sms you that if you will recharge it with 50 Rs your validity will get change which i dont know when they have sent so i asked them not to chnage my plan i have done top up for my balance not for change of my plan.for change of plan we have to recharge not top up.they are not attending my complaint & not writing & submitting my complaint also.
