[Resolved]  Vodafone — poor customer service and cheating

My father was using a mobile connection of Vodafone from last 3 years, but unfortunately he lost hie mobile in Jan2012 we logged a FIR and immediately blocked the sim and at the same time we applied for the duplicate sim. We were confused at the time going to Vodafone Dealer that weather the connection was on the name of my brother or on the name of my father. We went to Khanna Enterprises and met the dealer Vishal Khanna , his office is in Jawhar market, Nangal . He had taken the relevant documents of my father at that point of time, we confirmed from him that weather the documents of father will work or not. He assured that it will work for getting a duplicate connection. After 3 Weeks of this incident we again went to the store and asked for the SIM but the dealer refused to issue it with a reason that the connection is on the name of my brother . We again provided him my Brother's documents but even that didn't worked , We gain visited his store but the same lingering process continued . Today is the Excess of the torture when he told us that the SIM NO.[protected] is deleted from the system and we will not get it back. Inspite of our duplicate SIM he will issue us a new connection.

He said that do what so ever you want , talk to whomsoever you want you will not get this number again.

Please help us and do the needful.

Vodafone — poor customer service and cheating the customer

I am put up in Manglore, and i have been using this number from last one year([protected]) i am very sorry to say that the serivce from vodafone is very poor compare to any other network.On[protected]. I had recharged with 396rs and before recharge it was said to me, that tariff will be some thing like 50/min paise to local network and landline it will carry 1rs/min within 24hr of time.Its almost more than 45hr and the tariff is not yet activated.When i cald up the customer care (Banglore) regarding the same concern the CSR was like showing negative attidude on customer by using her loud voice asking me to shut up and listen. What the hell, your CSR think About we Customer. We have paid some Amount and if we won't get benifit out of it What is the use? Over that you make us to Listen to your CSR's who are Unfit to be in Customer care service.When you, the brand name Vodafone give an add's saying "we are happy to help" i just want an answer from the top most guy who really runs such a big FROUD company fooling the pul by such CSR's.

No more talks i just want some to takecare the concern as soon as posible...or else I will think somthing good were i really want some one to take care over all conditions.
The quality of customer service of Vodafone is still the same and I think this is same all over India.
