[Resolved] Vodafone — Poor network coverage in my area | |||
I have serious issue with vodafone network in my area. I have raised complaint regarding this but action has been taken till today. I am sorry I have lost the complaint number. But If you search your system you will find out the complaint. For this purpose, I have been calling the customer care again and again but no response on this. Only response I get from past three months is "your problem will be solved in 2 months" but not yet solved. I keep getting one reply from them now "Sir, our technical team is working on it". As well, if I do a port, I am not getting the MNP number don't know why. Hope it will be taken care ASAP. Really frustrated with the network, repenting of coming back to VODAFONE. Verified Support Sep 20, 2013 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hi Abhijit, We called on your number but there was no response.
