[Resolved] Vodafone — Porting request | |||
Hi, I am suffering from netwrok issue from more than 18 months, raise several complains in customer care but without resolving my issue they are closing the complain mentioning that issue resolve. as per CC we can not move to other network as i am in postpaid,so on jan 2012 i had changed from post paid to prepaid. and send the porting request...but this people are rejected my request as i am using this no from past 15 days....(using postpaid connection from last 6 yrs). Raise same issue with Escalation matrix 1- Mr. Praveen and 2- Mr. Promod, but still i am struggling for the same issue....here are the 2 complains raise again in vodafone reg the issue, 1st one is closed and second one is logged yesterday for same issue .24th Apr-[protected],17th May-[protected]. Today visited VSNL office, got the document that last porting request was closed mentioning...customer cancelled the same, can i have the update for the same...VA571798- New porting request, please execute the same as don't want to continue with you...
