[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — bills generated for a disconnected number-[protected]

I was a user of Vodafone and due to issues with anonymous phone calls for some Neha, Phani etc, i disconnected the vodafone services.
i was using [protected] post paid connection and wanted to completely terminate their services..i went to the Vodafone customer care center at the BTM Layout-bangalore and raised a request for cancellation.the cx care manager insisted on keeping the connections bu offerng some other plans, but somehow i could get it disconnected after stating all the issues i had with the number..
He said there are 2 options for disconnecting -one is i can pay the outstanding amount and the rental and get it disconnected at the spot..and other one to wait for the bills to get generated at the end of the month and then come to cx care center and pay..he said second option was better since the amount in bill will be lesser if its getting generated at the end of the months since i had opted for the 1rupee plan (30 rupee top up with 199 plan) and that if i pay at the spot as of that date, this benefit will not be given and that i have to pay the entire amount..
i just wanted to get rid of the service that i was ready to pay that extra amount and opted for 1st option .
He asked me to pay the amount of about Rs.720 and the manager said this is the final bill i have to pay and no more bills will come to me and that vodafne services will be disconnected in 24hrs time..
i have not used that number ever since then and got a new connection from Airtel.
But today on june 6th, some cx care person visited my house and claimed that i need to pay some outstanding amount of around Rs.1300..i told him that i had gone to cx care and disconnected the service with that 1st otion manger gave.
He was telling that there is no first option which manager told and that i need to pay this amount at the earlie ..otherwise he will sue me it seems..
This is not the kind of cx care we look forward from you..
i am not going to entertain this kind of nonsense any more from Vodafone..
please help me get this addressedby escalating to the top management of vodafone -India.
