[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — Wrong billing info. | |
HI, I am residence of kolkata. I was using Vodafone Post Paid connection earlier. Since few months I was receiving wrong biling information, so I called up the customer care for inquiry. They kept me transferring the calls form one person to other but none were able to solve my problem. I also told them that if they will not send me correct bill I will not make any payements and close the connection. Then also I never got any reply from them. Finally yesterday, after approx 1 year, a man came saying that he has got a court notice(from Lok Adalat) for me. I rushed down to my office to check what is issue is all about, but by that time he left and just left a message that I need to collect the court notice from the local police station. I am really worried what is issue is all about. can anyone help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |

I Amarjit Singh r/o of 5K-59 (ff) NIT Faridabad 121001, user of vodafone no. [protected] hereby inform you that the bill for the month of Oct for amount 347.08 is not correct as per my knowledge as the details show a no.[protected] for which it has charged me Rs. 180.00 for a duration of 59.30 and as for as I remember that I have never made a call on this No. since the required digit of the No. are not connect able as this is only 9 digit no. and a STD calls are not of 9 digits. I have already spoken to one Mr. Ravi Kumar at your office at about 10.45 on 17.11.2012 but I was not convinced by his behaviour and the reply it seems he has not been trained, could you please check this no. and correct my bill so that I make the rest of the payment in time
