[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — unjustified regulations - Harras customer | |
I have using Vodafone (Hutch) since past 16 months and I activated black berry services couple of months back. Today itself, I came across a very non sense policy of Vodafone. When I called customer care Vodafone and requested to cancel my BB Services, I was told that it can happen only if I inform before the last date of the billing cycle and as today is the first day of the next billing cycle, I have no options but I have to pay for minimum of One month irrespective of my usage. It looks like a method to get money from customer and cheat them because If I am interested in getting a new service activated it takes only 1/2 days but for deactivation I have to pay for minimum no. of days..
