I would like to bring a repeated problem of Breach in Promise, or selling new connections by offering something else & finally giving something else.

I am Deepesh Agrawal & my Vodafone number is [protected]. I got a call from some of your office (Phone Number [protected]) for a Add-On connection, whereby I was communicated following Offers along with this connection

1. All local call (Mobile, Landline) @ Rs.0.30/ Call.
2. Local 500 mins. free on all Mobile & Landline.
3. All STD Calls (Mobile, Landline) @ Rs.1.00/ Call.
4. 10% discount on Bill of my existing number [protected].

A person from your office came, collected the fee & filled my form at my works & handed over a SIM [protected] to me. This time also he communicated me the same offers.

During the time of allocation of the Add-On number [protected], I reconfirmed the offer, and than I got to know about the following facts,

1. All local call (Only Mobile) @ Rs.0.30/ Call.
2. Local 500 mins. free on Mobile only.
3. STD Calls (Only Vodafone to Vodafone Mobile) @ Rs.1.00/ Call.
4. 10% discount on Bill of my existing number [protected].

After receipt of My Mobile bill of [protected], I could not found the promised discount of 10%. I called customer care 111 & reconfirmed about the offer. Than only I got to know that I am only eligible to get 10% discount of the bill amount of add-on number [protected] on my existing Mobile Number [protected].

Thus all the very pleasing offers being told to me at the initial stage were now vanished & made me feel "BEING CHEATED" by a very esteemed organization "VODAFONE".

I logged my complain with customer care on 18th June ' 08. # [protected] (Mr. Ravi Pandey)

Kindly guide me regarding my further course of action.

Should I pay my present bills? or I should wait for the reply from your side?

I am shanthosh as i wan to know the time i total i ued in a month it should be known to my knowledge before the billing and resolve the network problems also because network is not noce in vodafone `

Vodafone Post Paid — Why should i pay for your negligence

I am a customer of Vodafone and i am using 2 connection which are [protected] & [protected]. I am paying my bills regularly within the due date only. For last your people collected me Rs.50 as late fee. But i dont know how i am responsible for your faults. I had dropped cheque 5days before the due date. But they didn't collect that one within the due date. Its not my mistake. In last month we had suffered for four days due to interruption in signal. We got signal after 4days only. Actually we have to impose fine on you. Rs.50 is not a burden for me but why should i pay fine even i am a good customer.Think once.Dont make this type of mistakes again.
i just want to confm my bill plan so that i may use my mobile, i tried on customercare but didnt get response.plz confm on urgent basis

In the return I received a cheque of Rupees439.79 by post which number is 260484 and related to Citibank. but the problem creates now is that is a computer generated cheque not in original and customer care also tells they doesn't know about this they said go to vodafone store and check all the details regarding thi. they have no idea to near by vodafone store and i also haven't.
