[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — Making Fools the customers | |||
Hi, This is Nageswara Rao and my Mobile number is([protected]). I took corporate post paid connection and activated internet 3g activated up to end of January month they send bill correctly and paid within the date. I called 27th Jan to customer care and asked to disconnect internet connection anfd he sent one message to my mobile and he asked to forward same msg to 111 and I did same. But In February month bill they have added 199/- along with bill then I called customer care nad they are saying you forwarded the message to 111 correctly but the content is different. But I forwarded the message which I have received and I have proof also. In this way vodafone making fools the customers. Please be aware with Vodafone post paid. Thanks, Nageswara Rao. they have not solved the problem yet
Again vodafone service guys making me as a fool. I paid remaining balance as 809/- then they disconnected today and asking to pay the mobile internet connection amount 199/- and service tax and fine of Rs.100/-. The mistake is not from my side even though they are making lot of disturbance. Could you please tell me what is the process to disconnect both the corporate mobile connections([protected], [protected]) to proceed legally. I lost trust on Vodafone.I never go again with vodafone in my life.
Still they are sending bills..They are irritating me like anything through phone calls and mails...Even though mistake from their side. I told them I have proofs of everything. What is the procedure to go legally. Please help me on this. Please check the attachment and password is nage1717

my offer on 121 is get 125 UJALA MINUTE ON RECHARGE OF 49. WHEN I RECHARGE IT, I GET MONEY INSTEAD OF MIN. i ASKED IT ABOUT CUSTEMER CARE . BUT THEY IGNORE IT . i ALSO EMAIL ABOUT IT BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THERE . AT LAST I SAY " VODAFONE EMPLOYE ARE BAD AND THEIR FRAUD SCHEME ALSO"[protected]
