[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid Corporate Plan — rejection of my mnp request by service provider | |||
i am post paid consumer of vodafone and my mobile no is [protected] i first took porting no by sending my mobile no to 1900 on 22/01/2011 my porting code was vm118867 and i lodge porting request with tata docomo on 31/01/2011 my request for porting was rejected by vodafone on the ground that the number or range is in contractual obligation i waited for few days and contected tata docomo they told me to contact vodafone gallary i contected vodafone gallary and asked for mnp request rejection they told me that there is no objection for rejection of my mnp request and told me to pay my useage charges of rs 171 from 18/01/2011 to 10/02/2011 and i paid rs 180 by cash in vodafone gallary itself and obtained receipt i again contacted tata docomo gallary on 14/02/2011 and inquired about my mnp request they told me to obtain porting code and apply for fresh mnp request i filled up the form ond the obtain fresh porting code which is vm 168897 and tata docomo representative sent sms for my porting request and i immetiately again received sms from vodafone rejecting my request for mnp on due to legal reason and requsted me to call on[protected] hence i request to look into the matter and reply me immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
