After 24 hour of verification my new c.u.g. connection is not activate. please do something. my phone no is [protected].

hello sir,
i have bought vodafone sim before three months before three months they didnt inform me about cug after i got information from vodafone customer care i told them to activate cug but they didnt do it i gave all form by signed what they ask from that date till now three weeks over but still it didnt activated tis s the way they work so please help me my number is [protected] i need cug to be activated please take action immediately
