When I, have already intimated you to de-activate the number, by several means of communication (I have mailed you, I have called your call centre several times,I walked into your vodafone centre) inspite of that you haven't done it. Its a mistake from your end. And its high time for me that why should I pay when I haven't used your services. And if this continues I will not even respond your mails further.

How can you ask me to make the payment when I haven't used your services. This is what the torture you give to your customers,not service.

There is no second thought of changing the decision. And I am very sorry to say that I am really unhappy with your services. This would be my last mail.

I, Kavitha Sriram wanted to bring to your notice that when I, have already intimated you to deactivate my number([protected]) after clearing my total outstanding amount of Rs.1354/- by cheque dated 21/01/2011 but why the bill has been generated. To my emberassment when reached the vodafone centre at punjagutta, the customer care executive was insisting me to pay the bill when I, haven't used the phone. I am really unhappy with such kind of your service, and I was not given a proper explanation for which I was annoyed and asked him to collect the sim and told him very clearly that I am not going to pay any more bills. Inspite of that he was not ready to accept the sim card and out of frustration I, have threw the sim in your vodafone centre.

And now I have received one more bill for the period 17/2/2011 to 17/3/2011
I wanted this problem to be sorted out as eearlier as possible and see to it that I, am not going to receive the further bills.
