[Resolved] Vodafone Postpaid — WRONG BILLING OF ISD | |||
This is in regard to Postpaid Connection of Vodafone in my name Kuntal S Shah M[protected] . The bill for Bill Period:7.5.11 to 6.6.11 Bill No. :[protected] Bill Date:7.6.11 The charges for this bill period are Rs. 8003.82. Further,in this bill an outgoing ISD call with following particulars is reflecting: Date- 15/05/11 Time: 155 min Number[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] Duration(min:sec)-155 min Charges(Rs)-6975/- I, Kuntal S Shah, using Vodafone's postpaid connection from last 3 years. Regularly paying bill on time. Never done ISD calls. But this time bill was raised for ISD calls to country Sao Tome & Principe of Rs. 6975/- in a single day on 15.05.2011 on above mentioned numbers. Even I never heard about this country. After receiving Bill in June, I made complaint to Vodafone. But they confirms that their bills are accurate and they do not charge for services which is not utilized. But I am also confirming that I did not made any ISD calls to that country. then why should I pay for calls which I did not made. Also my dynamic credit limit is 2500/- then why vodafone did not barred service. They barred service from evening of 17.5.2011. I am afraid about it that if my phone was hacked and misused, Kindly tell me how to prove my point that I have not called on this number, all I can say is that go for Vigilance Enquiry for this telecall.so pl. look into matter and request to waive the wrong billing amount. This is to inform you that I paid my usage bill with late fees of Rs. 100/- on 2.7.11 by transaction id : MGW[protected]. I did not paid ISD call charges with it's service tax amt. which I did not made and charged by Vodafone.
I submitted my complaint to Police station too.
So, pl. check correctly, deeply and reverse and hopefully expecting next bill generation with correct data.

I have received my Mobile bill for month on may/June, and i have paid the amount but when i check the itemize bill, in column ISD i have been charged for ISD calls to whom i never called up., but i have received the calls from that nos on the same day/date/time.
i have attached screen shot of my itemized bill. marked in RED are the calls have been charged me but i never called up to these nos.

As per the guidance of Vodafone RM, i submitted complaint to Cyber Cell Police Station. As per guidance of Grahak Suraksha call centre's executive I went to give complaint to Nodal Officer at Vodafone Essar Ltd. at andheri kurla Road, Mumbai. But they take a copy and not given acknowledgement by company's official seal. They said once I contacted consumer court and police station so now they will reply through them only.
I also mentioned that I want to know the handset's IMEI no. so it is also easy to proove. But they are just following up for payment.
In current scenario, it is very important to proove that who made calls. As international calls done are for wrong work then in future I may be in problem. So it is very important to go in deep.

This reply I already received. I already explained yesterday on telecall from your dept. So for resolving this issue, deep checking is required to be done by Cyber cell.
I am also afraid about possibilities of misuse for wrong deal on this ISD call. Also my facility was not deactivated on same day as credit limit crossed. During 15.5.2011 full day calls were made. On 17.5.2011 late evening outgoing facility was stopped. And I contacted vodafone gallery. So till the time no meaning of "Dynamic credit limit" then why should I pay ?
So, for justice, I have to approach CCPS.
