[Resolved] Vodafone — postpaid plan 199 activated instead of 149 at portability | |||
dear sir/madam, i port my airtel no. [protected] in vodafone postpaid from noida sec - 18. i requested for postpaid plan of 149. they said that ok no problem we will give this plan to you on portablity. but when my no. is ported the plan of 199 is activated. i requested them to change my plan or cancel my portablity. but they are neither are giving me the plan of 149 or neither they are canceling my portablity. please help me.
