I am Ajay yadav using my vodafone no.([protected]) since last one and half year. And using this voda no. very genuinely and want to continue with this. But i am not happy with the bill of this month generated by Vodafone, As i am using Vodafone Mobile Pack and used net still Vodafone charged me for using Vodafone LIVE. First of all how would a customer know that they are charging from which APN they activated Vodafone Mobile Connect as i requested and activated Vodafone Live Promotionally w/o any monthly rental w/o informing me and while i access net they charged from vodafone line while i had Net plan and when i called/Visited to voda store even they did not inform me about that when bill got generated i come to know about the actual charges and then i mailed then they people informed me that chares are of Vodafone Live service,
How would a customer know that from which APN they are charging if company not informing to cust. and i have paid for net pach then why i will pay extra for usage .they people have charged me very smartly w/o informing me for that and barred my services.In bill its showing Vodafone Live usage and charged, what is this vodafone live, i haven't used that if i am having net pack then why should i use vodafone live instead of internet.
Plz help me in this matter if possible i will wait for reply sir.
