I m not able to use not use services for last 3-4 weeks.. thght of calling cust service as longtime still facing same issue.. n also looking for refund as was ongoing issue.. n still paying for it.. ur feedback link on vodafone.co.in website does not wrk.. vn u click on enter..it comes up vth error msg.."SPECIAL CHARACTERS NOT ALLOWED.. plz chk attachment for the error msg window..:-(
Also ur customer services is not good... nvr respond to the question correctly.. will keep on saying smthng else..:-(
Ur MANAGERS or SUPERVISORS are nvr present to take escalation calls... i dnt what the excat issue is... i m not a regular caller... i only call if the issue is affecting me a lot... still once in a blue moon i[censored] ask for manager to still wnt be able to spk vth them... IS THAT VODAFONE DNT VE MANAGERS...OR NOT CAPABLE OF TAKING ESCALATIONS...?...also would like to infm that ur staff at call center disconnect the call if not able to help... or in straight way...get frustrated... strange...instead of customer ...people wrkng at call center getting frustrated... but disconnecting call is not done... would also mention that persons name...its krunal sugandhi.. would appreciate if sm strong disciplinary action is taken against all this...:-?
I m not happy vth the services... thought being corporate account... n a high user... nvr got best deals.. not good support... thats y ve also gone for diff service provider...hence usage in last 2-3months on vodafone is less...BUT IF SAME THNG CONTINUES ...WISH TO DISCONNECT THE CONTRACT...:-(
y dnt v get correct information vn we cal...?
