Vodafone Prepaid — Reverifying address proof after 8 months of activation | |||
I have purchased new vodafone prepaid sim just 8-10 months ago when I shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore. I gave my passport photocopy for ID and Address proof. Last week I got call from vodafone customer care about address verification. They verified and just one week later my outgoing call blocked and getting message that submit address proof again. my concern is that after verifying address details over phone they are asking it again and blocked my out going. Why Vodafone is hiring such idots who can't do it their jobs in correct way and troubling customers? I went to vodafone outlet in whitefield and they said that resubmit the proof and it will take another 48 hours for unblocking outgoing calls. But what is my fault, the address is same? They can atleast inform before blocking outgoing... I am not a terrorist just unfortunate indian. hate to be indian. Bloody vodafone and it's idots' employees.... Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear vodaphone department,
I am the consumer of vodaphone, but the governtment role is correct, but also the harragment the good users.So i think that all the connection are not cut.
