[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — my Rs 100/- balance disappeared | |
I recharged my Vodafone prepaid account (#+91-[protected]) with Rs 100/-- at the time of activation. I kept the simcard on standby, used my airtel number, ... and when i used my vodafone simcard in another new cell-phone, the balance shown is Rs 10/- (Rupees TEN only). The Vodafone customercare number (140) says that option number 4 will connect me to an executive. Yet, when the option#4 is chosen, the answer is "sorry, 4 is not a valid option". All Vodafone customers .. BEWARE!! Vodafone customer care is terrible. The statements in the welcome pack and on the website clearly makes them vulnerable to "breach of contract" laws of India. That as on 15.03.10 vodafone co. Has deduct rs.40 from from my account
and said that a caller tune service has activate on your cell without my
any request. And when i call customer care they miss behaive me ..and say jo kar sakta he kar le...please help me as soon as possible...thanks
