Vodafone - Prepaid — Recharge - Poor Customer care | |
Recently I recharged two Vodafone numbers which are in my name (and used by my family members). I used the ICICI Bank - direct transfer facility. After 4 days, nothing turned up on the mobile accounts... when I called their Customer-Service center, after all the blah-blah (recording for internal training, press this and that.. ) the guy mentioned, please visit the nearest Vodafone Center and talk to an agent there... Question :: If I had to walk into a Vodafone store, why they publish on their web-site to call the "Customer Center Was this information helpful? | |
