[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — unnecessary charging on prepaid number.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i Alok Jain, a Vodafone Customer, with phone no. [protected], Delhi resident have been facing numerous problems because of my mobile service provider ie. vodafone.

Im being charged unnecessarily for many months. i would like to bring some of the incidents to your notice which are as follows:
1) I askd for activation of 300 bonus sms through a bonus card worth RS 35. after this as a usual process i kept on messaging, with a notion that my messages would be free .But i came to know that i was being charged for the same at 1re per sms and total of around 100 rs were charged from me.

Wen i tried to resolve the problem on customer care center, i was told that it was due to some problem in the service.
Now im expecting that ill shall get my money back spent on the bonus card and the money which was deducted for the messages.

2) I asked for activation of friends an d family service ie. FF servics worth RS 15 as an initial amount and then call charges as 20p per call. But inspite of that amount of RS 15 was deducted from my balance, because didn't provide me with the service .

3) For one month they blocked my number from availing the day to day Vodafone services, like making call to customer care center, display of account balance amount etc.


Now i request you to take an appropriate actions againt Vodafone Co. and resolve my problems as soon as possible.

Prepaid mobile service — Unnecessary calls and SMS from Vodafone

Dear sir/madam,
I am Mr.Nagana Gouda M having your (in)valuable prepaid mobile service. I have been receiving many calls from your customer service centre which are highly unnecessary. I have already screened 10 number (highest possible), even then I receive calls from different numbers. WHen talked to your customer executive, he said that it requires 45 days time (one can easily roam aropund the world many times) to deactivate this (worst) service. When you are are able to deduct money for the calls made by a costomer within fraction of a second. Do you need 45 days hell lot of time to deacticate the above mentioned service. Same is the case with your SMS. If a customer is in need of any help he would have many ways to find solutions. You are not doing great service to the customers. If I dont get the result I am going to change the SIM and I will also motivate my many friends to do so.

Vodafone Prepaid — unnecessary service messages throughout the day.

i got fed up with unnecessary promotional messages from vodafone through out the day. please give me necessary solutions to avoid further recieving of messages from vodafone regarding value added services.

Vodafone — un necessary charging user

I am using vodafone from 7 years. i took the third time vodafone because of few good offers.it took a new sim student plan. so that messages are free. i recharged for 97 rs hoping that i will get vodafone-vodafone 10 paise will be charged. if it is not applicable for plan why these people are accepting the recharge voucher. and i was credited with only .97.it has not done. one more sim i had before and i activated the misscal alert by paying 30rs per month. i dont know when i get the alerts. hardly i got 10 alerts instead i my self tried calling 100 times and missed it. this is shame on the part of service providers.
please dont send me unnecessary mail or dont give miscalls.

sir, i had activated 50% discount on calls for 55rs. my vodaphone number is[protected] and i want my call summary with duration and fares from activation till now

Vodafone — Unnecessary calls and sms

- 111/[protected] don't go through...
- Unnecessary smss/calls coming in - even on 8th October while we had submitted a 'Do not Disturb' complaint on 12th August and then we were told that this would be done in 45 days (which I think is a ridiculously long time)
- The worst is that today I received a call (a sales call) from Vodafone...Isn't Vodafone taking the people of this country for granted?

This madness has to stop - and for some reason, nobody is doing anything about it.

Why can't the media take up a campaign against this?

Vodafone — Unnecessarily charging

I had made a complaint two weeks back regarding Vodafone without my permission activating Vodafone Romance and charging as service rental Rs 30 under the pretext Happy2Help. By providing the complaint under this forum I received a message from them that Vodafone Roamnce had been deactivated.

NOW ATER TWO WEEKS OF REPREIVE THIS TIME VODAFONE HAS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR REQUEST ACTIVATED BHAGWAT GEETA AND CHARGED 30 RS. THIS IS MOST IRRITATING AND UNWARRANTED.

I IMMEDIAETLY CALLED 111 AND TOLD THEM TO DEACTIVATE THE SAME BUT EVEN AFTER TWO DAYS AFTER THE SAID CALL IT HAS NOT BEEN DEACTIVATED. THEY PROMISED THAT IT SHALL BE DEACTIVATED.

I REQUIRE STRICT ACTION AGAINST VODAFONE FOR THIS CRIME.

MY COMPANY PROVIDED VODAFONE NO IS [protected].

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND PROVIDE THE REPREIVE.

ALSO I DONT WANT ANY SUCH SERVICES FROM VODAFONE.
